Kevin Steen's is A remix of Tear Away by Drowing pool.
El Generico is OLE by the Bouncing Souls
Super Smash Brothers use Either the Mortal Kombat mix or the Battle theme from Mega Man I believe
Twiggy uses a mix of  Wanted Dead or Alive and Living On A Prayer by Bon Jovi

Uno's is a Mega Man 3 mix, and I forget who does it...but it's awesome.

MVP used "Push it to the Limit" by Necro, featuring Jamey Jasta from Hatebreed.

Stupefied/Player Dos uses a remix of Guile's theme from Street Fighter 2.

Bash Bison - "Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin

Addy Starr - "Shut Me Up" by Mindless Self Indulgence

Rahim Ali - "Holy Mountain" by System of a Down

Shayne Hawke - "I was made for lovin' you" - Kiss

Beef Wellington - "Hangin' Tough" - New Kids on the Block

2.0 - "Beat it" - Michael Jackson

Tyson Dux - "God's gonna cut you down" - Johnny Cash

Sexxxy Eddy - "Lapdance" by N.E.R.D.

Untouchables - "Twisted Transistor" - Korn

Hallowicked - "God is God" - Laibach

Sabian - "I'm a Hustla" - Cassidy

Hunks - "Got Some Teeth (instrumental) - Obie Trice

Claudio Castagnoli - "Sledgehammer (remix)" - Peter Gabriel

Chaz Lovely - "Womanizer" - Britney Spears

All I can think of right now.

As pointed out a while ago by ATJB, Icarus uses the song "Blue Monday" by Orgy as his theme.

The intro of Steen's theme song before it cuts into Tearing Away is the Saw Theme

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think The Rush's theme song is Love Gun by KISS.

On the MVP theme the necro song he used to use was frigging awesome but he changed it to something completely unremarkable.

I guess if it gets him pumped it works, but the trumpets on push it to the limit were soooo recognizable. That will always be MVP's theme to me, just like Hogan's will always be "I am a real American - fight for the rights of everyman"
