Pete sends me results of shows he attends. (He used to write reviews too. Not so much anymore.)
Yeah, I admit, I got lazy.
I used to use up ALOT of my free spare time typing up reviews on virtually every show I went. (Doesn't help when one is a 2 finger typist, and whose computer skills are lame at best, lol!)
I remember at one past show, a bunch of fans gave their own personal review of the show, Gordo, always seeking material for the OWIE website, gathered all these up and put it altogether in what turned out to be a pretty good article/ review on a show.
Just a suggestion, maybe the promoters can offer the fans incentives to write reviews, or detailed results in a storyline fashion. It would make great reading material, not only on the OWIE Website, anyone remember the Front Page on The Barbedwire Board? A special section like this would make a great addition to this board or the C*4 website. And what kind of incentive to encourage fans? Doesn't necessarily have to be money or free tickets, use your imagination. This suggestion applies to all promotions, and their websites, or facebook page.
