[Acclaim Pro Wrestling]

To all members of the C4 Fan Forum and wrestling fans in general:

We would like to take this opportunity to quickly address some of the topics of discussion on here. To clear the air and lay this all to rest, there is NO rivalry between APW and RE. There's NO intention on any parts to slander anyone's product or promotion, nor is there any intention of competing or trying running anybody out of town.

This matter has been discussed and handled by us here at Acclaim with the people over at Rage Entertainment. We have no idea who "VIC VENOM" is or where they are getting their information. There isn't any "inside scoops". The fact of the matter is that we postponed our show due to the fact that there was conflicting dates with the two promotions and we felt it was in our best interest for an upstart promotion, to not go head to head with a well established one, as well as having the fans themselves being forced to make a choice. That is something we do not want to take part in. To cause any kind of friction or anything. That's not exactly the best or smartest way to debut a product.

We are simply here to put on shows that will entertain the Ottawa and Ottawa area wrestling fans just like the other promotions around here do.

We thank you for your support and hope that you will continue to support Acclaim Pro Wrestling as well as the other promotions in the area.

We do have our new date booked and we will announce it very shortly!!
