I'm going to have to guess that this "Steve Hart" is the same guy who has been to a couple of RE shows, as well as some CSE shows. I believe I have seen him and Bruiser together at CSE shows, but never remember seeing Bruiser at an RE show.
To be honest, if it is the same person I think it is, I do see some resemblance to the Hart family, maybe Bret in particular... to the point that I believe I mentioned to nwo4life or pete that he looks like a Bret Hart wannabe.

OPW, is coming...so get ready for it folks. As for the school, we are recruiting, but most of our students will be by Refferal,
Wayne, Personaly...i like him, he's a Nice man. but I do have to say that when I wanted to train and went to see him...he would not let me in the ring without a $1000 deposit plus and extra $1000 just for being on a payment plan for the rest of the balance. So lets not talk about money...Max Alexander - Never really got to know him...but what I can say is his last show in rockland was crap....he pulled a highly CHEESY move as a promoter ...which is to be the Champ of his own promotion. echos of michel starr - eccw.
as for max alaxander, tried to talk to him at the rockland show all he said was even workers have to pay to get in...How cool is that.
As for our conections for perspective students, i'll stick with deavon (hannibal) and the other connections we have. i'll say it again, it's not the money we are looking for it is the quality of the OPW stable that concernes us. we have alot of GOOD work to do.

Max Alexander being champ of his own promotion is cheesy? I'm not looking for na argument here, but comeon...
1) He's one of the most talented guys he has working in CSE.
2) Honestly... if you're a wrestler running your own promotion, who is the one guy who you can count on that you could book and will be present at each and every one of your shows, regardless of what is going on? That one person would be you. This has been done everywhere. Harley is a champ in OCW (dependant on their last results). Drake was a champ for a while in RE. Hickster was the champ in PCW (sure.. he didn't run it. but the owner is his best friend, so he could be counted on just as if it was himself).
Now when you said that you tried to talk to Max in Rockland, I'm not sure what the beef is. Now if you're upset that the only thing he got to say to you was that workers had to pay, then yeah... not cool, I agree with you. However, if the issue is that workers had to pay, I agree 100% with that... if you're not working the show, you're paying to see it just like everyone else. I remember Claude Prest playing the "Don't they know who I am?" card to security at C4... that was priceless!!!

We are no longer Recruiting...The roster for July till october has been filed. Deavon, Fred, and the calgary connection helped up fill the last 4 spaces today...

It's all water under the bridge for me...We don't hold grudges...if your a worker, Keep in touch (there will be lots of cards to fill coming up...OPW will be operated as Steve's uncle, Stu, would have it.) If your not a worker, hopefully we'll see you at the shows.

There is nothing that pisses me off more than some one who "trained" in the dungeon for a couple days only to be sent packing and then went on to put over how they were a "dungeon grad". And fake Hart's abound on the wrestling world. If someone can send Jade or Steve my email address, johnnydevine@shaw.ca , if they are legit they should have no problem contacting me and verifying their identities, it will only help their business. not sure how old alot of you are but does anyone remember RWA Renegade Wrestling Alliance which ran mostly in the hamilton area, is Steve Hart not Steve Buckley who was the owner. I believe his gimmick was Sweet Steve Hart and he did a Bret Hart type gimmick, does that ring a bell to anyone

Dont know if anyone caught it but this Jade wrote on the indy boards that Steve had only 2 years experience with a 10 year layoff. Anyone that had a real amount of respect for the business would not take lessons from someone that inexperienced. I would personally rather take lessons from Danny Linkin on how to wrestle. How many matches can someone possibly have in 2 years in alberta, where their isnt a fraction of the shows running as their are here in Ontario. What insight could you possibly have to give someone with that little experience.
